Use of this website
By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
This website is intended for general business information about HospiceClarity's hospice education strategy, content, and related services.
Educational information only
Website pages, blog posts, downloadable materials, and examples are provided for general educational and business-information purposes. They are not medical advice, legal advice, compliance advice, or a substitute for professional judgment.
Hospice organizations remain responsible for reviewing all materials for clinical accuracy, regulatory requirements, brand standards, and suitability for their patients, families, referral sources, and communities.
No patient relationship or emergency use
Use of this website does not create a nurse-patient relationship, provider-patient relationship, consulting engagement, or client relationship.
This website and contact form are not intended for emergencies, patient care instructions, clinical triage, or urgent hospice needs. If you have an emergency or patient-care concern, contact the appropriate hospice provider, clinician, emergency service, or other qualified professional.
Contact form submissions
The contact form is for business inquiries from hospice organizations and related professionals. Please do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers, medical record numbers, or confidential patient details through the form.
Submitting a contact form does not guarantee availability, acceptance of an engagement, or a specific response time.
Services and client agreements
Any paid services, deliverables, timelines, revisions, fees, ownership rights, confidentiality terms, and approval responsibilities should be confirmed in a separate written proposal, statement of work, contract, or other client agreement.
If these website Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, structure, graphics, blog content, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to HospiceClarity and may not be copied, republished, sold, or used to create competing materials without permission.
You may share links to public pages and blog posts for ordinary business or educational discussion, provided you do not misrepresent the source or remove attribution.
Third-party services and links
This website may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting providers, Sanity, Cloudflare, email systems, social platforms, and other websites. HospiceClarity is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.
No warranties
The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, or suitable for every organization or circumstance.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HospiceClarity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or reliance on website content.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
